Wenyu Bai is an AI leader and qualified actuary with over 18 years’ experience across wealth management, pension investment consultancy, and AI and automation leadership. She brings deep industry insight and a strong track record of turning complex challenges into impactful, scalable solutions. Most recently, she led AI & Automation at St. James’s Place, with responsibility for AI strategy, governance, innovation and adoption across the organisation. She is an active industry voice on AI for wealth management. Bai holds a BSc in Actuarial Science and Statistics and an MSc in Actuarial Management from Bayes Business School.
