Tom joined the Group in 2023, overseeing W1M’s M&A activities and directing strategic and corporate development initiatives.
He brings nearly two decades of experience in financial management, strategic planning and M&A leadership.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Tom spent almost ten years in PwC's deals team, focusing on private equity transactions, before transitioning to Finance Director and CFO positions at a rapidly expanding luxury manufacturing firm.
He holds an Economics degree from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
