Marc joined the company in 2016 as Chief Digital Officer to lead the financial technology strategy. As Chief Transformation Officer Marc continues to specialise in operational controls, systems and reporting procedures to grow the organisation with a high degree of efficiency.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc worked for other wealth and asset management firms, developing and managing information technology infrastructure and capabilities. Previous experience includes CTO and Head of IT roles at a large and prominent global family office, Armajaro, and BlueBay Asset Management where he established the IT function and directed the technical infrastructure and operations through both IPO and acquisition.
