Kiranjot is a US Equity Analyst in the Investment team and member of the Stock Selection Committee at W1M, having joined the firm in June 2026. She joined from Franklin Templeton, where she was a Global Equity Analyst focused on the Technology sector within a global equity fund. Prior to this, she was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she spent nine years as a lead equity research analyst covering multiple sectors. She began her career as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse. She graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Economics.
