Katherine Cunniffe

Katherine joined W1M in 2026 as Director of Strategy and Execution within Adviser Solutions, where she is responsible for shaping and delivering the commercial strategy across W1M’s adviser distribution business, ensuring strategic initiatives translate into measurable growth and improved client outcomes.

Having trained as a chartered accountant at KPMG, Katherine spent more than a decade at JPMorgan Cazenove in UK equity sales. She subsequently became a founding partner at both a fintech start-up and a UK macro research boutique.

Most recently, Katherine was Commercial Director at Brooks Macdonald, where she applied a commercial and client-centric lens to improve both client and colleague experience across the front office. In that role she worked closely with technology, operations, marketing and finance to ensure efficient execution and delivery of strategic priorities.

Katherine holds a first-class honours degree in History.
