London, UK – Wednesday 3rd June 2026 – W1M Wealth Management Ltd (“W1M” or “the firm”), the wealth and investment management firm for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families, charities, and institutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Scarborough and James Hoare to its Private Wealth team, and the appointment of Lewis Cole to its Private Investment office. Additionally, the firm is delighted to have made a number of strategic internal promotions to support W1M’s continued growth, including the appointments of Joshua Moss and Jenny Judd to Head of US Private Wealth and Team Leader within US Private Wealth, respectively.

These appointments follow a period of sustained growth for the firm, with headcount increasing by 4% in Q1 2026. This continued investment in top industry talent reflects strong demand for W1M’s integrated wealth and investment management proposition, as the firm further scales its capabilities across both Private Wealth and its specialist investment teams. More broadly, this momentum builds on the firm’s expansion following the completion of the Vermeer Partners acquisition, driven by growing demand for a combined planning and investment offering.

Nick Scarborough joins as a Portfolio Manager from Evelyn Partners, where he spent over 16 years, most recently as a Partner. He began his career at Smith & Williamson in 2010 and remained with the business through its merger with Tilney to form Evelyn Partners. During his time there, he specialised in advising founders and entrepreneurs on their wealth and investment needs, particularly in the context of business exits.

James Hoare joins as a Wealth Manager. He brings over ten years’ experience advising private clients and joins from Stonehage Fleming, where he spent over three years as a Wealth Planning Adviser. Prior to this, he spent six years at Charles Stanley, where he joined as a trainee and qualified as a financial planner.

Lewis Cole joins as a Wealth Manager within the Private Investment Office., He joins from Citi Private Bank, where he spent more than 12 years, having risen through the ranks from an intern to most recently a Private Banker advising UK-based UHNW families, delivering bespoke solutions across wealth planning, liquidity management and investments.

These new appointments are complemented by the strategic promotion of Joshua Moss to Head of US Private Wealth, where he now leads W1M’s US Wealth Managers to help drive the team’s continued growth and maintain its exceptional standards for clients. Joshua is supported by Team Leaders, Adam Myers, who joined the firm in 2007 and Jenny Judd who was recently promoted to this new position, having joined the company in 2019.

Nick Hammond, Head of Private Wealth at W1M, commented:

“We are delighted to welcome Nick and James to W1M. Their appointments come at a time of strong momentum for the business, as we continue to invest in our proposition and our incredible team to meet the increasingly complex needs of HNW and UHNW clients. Both bring significant experience advising entrepreneurs and private clients, and their addition further strengthens our unmatched proposition in delivering tailored, high-quality advice as part of our integrated wealth and investment offering.

“Equally significant are the recent promotions of Josh and Jenny to their respective roles in the US Private Wealth team. They have built a formidable reputation with their clients, and I’m sure their clients join me in saying their new appointments are well-deserved. I look forward to working closely alongside Josh, Jenny, and the rest of the US team to elevate our Trans-Atlantic offering.”

Iain Tait, Partner and Head of the Private Investment Office at W1M, commented:

“With his experience across private markets, and advising UHNW clients, Lewis will be an invaluable addition to the Private Investment office as we continue to expand our capacity to deliver bespoke investment solutions. His appointment reflects the continued evolution of the Private Investment Office, as we develop our capabilities to support clients with increasingly complex portfolios and requirements
