London, UK – Wednesday 17th December 2025 – W1M Wealth Management Ltd (“W1M”), the wealth and investment management firm for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families, charities, and institutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair Jackson and Poppy Campbell-Lamerton to its US Private Wealth and Private Wealth teams, and the appointment of Oliver Jones-Davies to its Charities team.

Alistair Jackson, Poppy Campbell-Lamerton and Oliver Jones-Davies bring a combined 45 years of wealth, financial planning and investment experience to W1M’s integrated wealth and investment management proposition.

Reporting to Nick Hammond, Head of Private Wealth and US Private Wealth, Alistair Jackson joins from Tanager Wealth Management LLP where he spent seven years delivering holistic financial planning and investment solutions to HNW and UHNW individuals and families. As a Wealth Manager in the US Private Wealth team, Alistair will apply his experience advising both onshore and offshore clients, particularly in the US, to provide robust cross-border strategies.

Also reporting to Nick Hammond, Poppy Campbell-Lamerton joins from 7iM, where she spent seven years advising a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurs and senior executives to multi-generational families, on tailored investment strategies and financial planning. Prior to that, Poppy spent two years working as an investment assistant at Investec Wealth & Investment UK.

Oliver Jones-Davies joins as a Portfolio Manager in the Charities team, where he will report to James Pike, Head of Charities. Oliver has worked in financial services for 30 years and joins from CCLA Investment Management, where he spent 16 years working with charity and foundation clients. Oliver has also held senior roles at Barclays, HSBC and ING Barings.

Nick Hammond, Head of Private Wealth and US Private Wealth at W1M, commented:

“I’m delighted to welcome Alistair and Poppy to W1M’s US Private Wealth and Private Wealth teams. Their appointments come at an exciting time for the business as we continue to evolve our proposition to meet the increasingly complex needs faced by HNW and UHNW individuals, families and charities. Their collective experience, particularly their international and offshore expertise at a time when UHNW individuals are becoming more globally mobile, will further strengthen our ability to provide exceptional, personalised service to our clients.”

James Pike, Head of Charities at W1M, commented:

“I’m excited to have Oliver join the Charities team at W1M. He brings extensive experience from his 16 years at CCLA Investment Management, where he developed a strong reputation for thoughtful, long-term investment thinking and supported charities through periods of challenge, uncertainty and change. Oliver’s expertise and values align closely with W1M’s commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused advice, and we’re looking forward to the contribution he will make as we continue to grow.”
